Diaper Review: Tweedlebee and Tweedlebum AI2

These adorable diapers are made by a WAHM are awesome and affordable. They are sized a tiny bit bigger, but I love that about them. Daniel fits comfortably in a ML and will have this diaper for a long time!

New diaper front

The embroidery is inexpensive and there are so many to choose from. Daniel's dad got to pick this one.

New diaper back

Customer service was good too. The order was a bit delayed due to illness and so she upgraded the inners for free!

I will be ordering again. The only question is: How many times? :)

Diaper Review: Alpha Omega

I LOVE love "one-size fits most" diapers. We bought a bunch of different kinds when Sara was newborn and they still fit. Amazing. I also love pretty diapers.
So when I found Alpha Omega Diapers, I was so excited. A one-sized diaper that is pretty and has beautiful embroidery! Oh my goodness. Then I realized how amazingly affordable it was, and well I had to buy at least one and I am hoping to buy more soon.

We actually use it as a night-time diaper because it is absolutely bullet-proof. Susan actually has snaps on the back of the legs and the front which makes for a very good fit, especially for a one-size diaper. And if that is not enough- the opening for the insert is different than any I have seen before and my husband is even able to stuff these diapers!

In addition to having an excellent diaper, Susan also provides wonderful customer service. What more could you ask for?

Wonderoos

I bought these in anticipation of the arrival of my first born child. I loved the concept of a one sized diaper; I still do. Unfortunately, these diapers did not fit either of my petite newborns. It was not until they hit six months, did the diapers fit them properly.
Perhaps I am used to Jonny Bottom (reviewed by our lovely Stacy), but I don't like the full cut of the Wonderoos. I find that you will find more leaks with the diaper because the stuffing tends to shift around. With the JBs this doesn't happen.
Overall, I do not prefer the Wonderoos, but I still own a couple. I just use it as a last diaper.

Diaper Review: Johnny Bottom Zip Diaper

One of the neatest cloth diapers I have seen are Jonny Bottoms Zipped Pocket Diapers (ZPD). Julianna is the owner of Jonny Bottoms and she came up with the idea for the zipped pocket.

A pocket diaper is like a waterproof envelope with an absorbent layer, (doubler, contour, prefold, insert) stuffed into an opening (makes sense right?). Normally you have to put the insert in through a top or bottom opening. With the ZPD you just unzip it down the middle! It really is so neat. And she makes the most beautiful diapers.

Diaper Review: Better Bums

We love Better Bums. These were one of the first diapers that fit Sara Rose. Here she is at about 5 days old.
Photobucket

Better Bums are wonderfully trim. This means that they won't bunch up between your child's legs. They are a sized diaper and come in 4 sizes so that they will fit any kid. If you need a custom, just email Deanne. They come in lots of different beautiful colors. She makes both pockets (diaper that you put an insert in) and fitteds (diaper that you use with a cover).

She also sells hand-dyed yarns that are gorgeous.

Deanne's customer service is also spectacular. I always consider it a pleasure when I purchase a diaper from her- I know it is going to arrive quickly and that it is going to be beautiful!

Diaper Review: Katnappies

I found Katnappies on Etsy and I had to have the dragon diaper.
dragon dipe

It is a stuffable AIO made with the Chloe's Toes pattern. It is basically a pocket dipe with some extra absorbency built in. It has a super soft fleece inner that poop falls right off of. It is made really, really well by a woman who started making diapers for her grandkids. They also come in so many cute fabrics!

Her communication was fabulous and she was really sweet to work with.

I will definitely buy again! These are awesome diapers at an awesome price.

Diaper Review: Butterfly Baby One Size Fitted

Get ready for some reviews!
This one is for a fitted diaper. A fitted diaper is a diaper that is not waterproof and therefore needs some type of cover. We use fitted on the weekend and in the evenings. I was lucky enough to be a tester for Butterfly Baby when she was working on her One Size Fitted Diaper. Well, we got it and I put it on Sara Rose and it is just wonderful. Soft and squishy and delicious (yes, I just called a diaper delicious). Of course I had to order more.

I ordered Sara Rose this one Photobucket and OH MY GOODNESS! It is the softest thing ever. And it is gorgeous! I wanted to keep it for myself. Needless to say, I plan on buying more. And it is a One Size fits all! I love those.

Butterfly Baby offers a large range of diapering products to meet the needs of most cloth diapering families. Some of the products they sell include pocket diapers, fitted diapers, fleece covers, doublers and wipes. The diapers are made from high quality materials that have been thoroughly tested to last wash after wash and as well for maximum absorbency without the added bulk!
